AUSTIN, Texas – SigmaSense, the global leader in high-precision impedance sensing technology, today announced the appointment of Chris Rehn as Vice President Country Manager for Taiwan, effective immediately. Chris will report directly to Nick Shamlou, SVP Global Sales at SigmaSense, and will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence and operations at the new office opening in the coming months in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City.

An accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience in the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries, Chris most recently served as VP of Engineering at Qualcomm where he led customer and product development engineering teams. At Synaptics, Chris held the position of VP of Engineering, overseeing hardware platforms and product development. Previously, Chris was Senior Technical Manager at Motorola, leading cross-functional teams in ODM handset projects globally. Chris also served as Technical Manager at LITEON, and his extensive background and leadership in engineering and product development make him a valuable addition to SigmaSense.
